Do you come to my location?
Yes. VK Detailing is a mobile service covering Naperville, Aurora and surrounding areas. Include your city or ZIP in your request so we can confirm your location and a suitable place to work.
How do I choose between Basic, Deep and Premium?
Interior Basic is for regular upkeep. Deep adds detailed cleaning, fabric shampooing or leather cleaning, and stain treatment. Premium adds interior protection, leather conditioning where applicable, a deep trunk clean, headliner spot cleaning and seat-belt cleaning. For the exterior, choose Basic for a two-stage wash or Deep for added attention to wheels, arches and crevices.
How does the full-detail discount work?
Combine an interior and exterior package for the same vehicle during one visit. We take 10% off their combined starting prices and round the total down to a whole-dollar amount ending in 9. Your package builder shows the resulting total. Add-ons and heavy contamination are quoted separately.
Is my preferred date automatically booked?
Your selected date is a request. The form prepares a text message for you to review and send. We’ll reply to confirm availability, your location and the final price before the appointment is booked.
Can the final price change?
The listed prices are starting prices based on vehicle size. Heavy pet hair, heavy soil, salt, persistent odors or other additional work may affect the quote. We confirm pricing from photos or an inspection and agree on any extra work before starting. Stain-removal results depend on the material and condition.
Are the wheels removed for exterior detailing?
No. Basic includes light wheel-face and tire cleaning. Deep includes deeper wheel and tire cleaning, accessible inner barrels and accessible wheel-arch areas, with the wheels remaining on the vehicle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card, Zelle and cash. Zelle payments can be sent to info.vk.prime@gmail.com. The website prepares your appointment request; it does not collect an online payment.
